Evening approaches and my shadow lengthens……….in the mountains.
أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ كَيْفَ مَدَّ الظِّلَّ وَلَوْ شَاءَ لَجَعَلَهُ سَاكِنًا ثُمَّ جَعَلْنَا الشَّمْسَ عَلَيْهِ دَلِيلًا ﴿٤٥﴾
[25:45] Yusuf Ali
Hast thou not turned thy vision to thy Lord?- How He doth prolong the shadow! If He willed, He could make it stationary! then do We make the sun its guide;
Siraat-e-Mustaqeem 
In science, the light can be bent. Although the light source moving, the direction of the light can be fixed or variable. This influence on the shape of the shadow. For example, the gravity of the Black Hole can draw the star light. Black Hole became the center of the shadows of space matters.

Did you know,the shadow of Prophet Mohammad (saw) could not be seen in Sunlight or Moonlight? Because he was nur (light). SubhanAllah!
