وہ منہ سے کوئی بات نہیں نکالتا مگراس کے پاس ایک ہوشیار محافظ ہوتا ہے
Translation by Mohsin Khan: Not a word does he (or she) utter, but there is a watcher by him ready (to record it).
When we utter a word it is written by the angles on our shoulders. So we must be mindful of our words.
Silence is very good prayer.
One can meditate on the realities as well as can think and worry about Tazkiyah Nafs. Also Silence is a defense against devil attacks.
Also, Remember, Speaking good and forbidding evil is better than silence, and silence is better than ill-speaking, garbage-speaking or speaking which has no use at all.
