TEN WAYS TO EXTINGUISH THE CONFLICT ARISING FROM THE ACTIONS OF THOSE WHO OPPOSE AND DISRESPECT ALLAH AND HIS PROPHET PBUH 42:15

BACKGROUND:

In the wake of the terror attacks on the name and honor of our beloved Prophet Muhammad pbuh Muslims all over the world are hurt, heart broken and inflammed.

Though they have a deep love of Prophet Muhammad pbuh deeply embedded in their hearts and souls, they are at a loss how to convey this to the hordes of insensitive aggressors whose hearts have been hardened over time.

Hardening of the hearts of the people of the book has been a systemic chipping away at the foundations of their faith by forcing them to watch the dishonorable critique of the Abrahamic faith (including disrespectful images of Jesus, Mary and Moses (AS) and then forbidding them to protest (citing the first amendment) untill they have produced a generation that has developed a suspicion regarding the integrity of their own Holy books and the people who follow them.

This suspicion of their own faith (Christianity and Judaism primarily) has emboldened the hyenas (those who have no respect for any spirituality and are only servant to the pleasures of hedonism, wealth and power) to attack those people of the book in particular who are weakened over time after being humiliated and been forced to (telling them this is the civilized way) watch repeated acts of disrespect of their Prophets, their faith and the actions of those in the higher echelons of Divine practices. (E.g. child abuse by the catholic priests and molestation and murder by the Rabbis).

In this scenario comes the match thrown on a reservoir of oil setting it aflame by the hyenas. This time it is to train the Muslims to watch the disrespect of the word of Allah (as in burning the Quran by Terry Jones and others) and the repeated attempts to dishonor Prophet Muhammad pbuh ( through cartoons, sarcasm, films with stupid scenes and dialogue etc.).

The question is who will have the last laugh and Allah Subhanawataala makes that clear in the Quran in Surah Baqarah when he says and I paraphrase:

“Let them make fun of Allah and his message we shall see who will be laughing when they are shown the FIRE on the Day of Judgment”

Allah Subhanawataala explains in the Quran that this is not a new scene (similar to what we are witnessing today) only the players are new.

Both the aggressors and the Muslims who have no experience of how to deal with this level of insults hurled at the Prophet have become adversaries and confusion is rampant in the ranks of the muslims.

The pain of witnessing the insult to our beloved Prophet pbuh to the genuine muslim is like a knife digging into their hearts.

while the hyenas laugh and poke fun at them and at the same time threaten them with the threat of the law if they respond in any manner to the insult of the Prophet pbuh.

The silence of the muslims in the west is being forced by the threats between the lines that range from:  the darkness of the prison if the law is broken and fear of the powers behind the perpetrators.

For a moment in this pandemonium the Muslims are stunned at this blow to the solar plexus of their love of their Deen and their beloved Prophet pbuh.

What has to come from this is Istiqamah and trust in Allah and His message and not the enraged response of a wild animal that has been cornered within the circle of hyenas with their teeth bared.

It is not clear who will come out of this victorious the Muslims or the hyenas?

A lot depends on what the people of the book will do in response to the Hyenas and in response to the Muslims who obey Allah and His Rasool pbuh despite the times of adversity they are faced with.

This is where hidden in the words of Surah Shuraa Ayah number 15 (42:15) are the steps that the Muslims have to follow to succeed, perhaps but not necessarily in this world but definitely inshallah in the Hereafter:

INTRODUCTION TO THE SURAH SHURAA AND AYAH 15

Haa Mim…………There are seven surahs in the Quran beginning with these mysterious alphabets. No living being has deciphered their meaning or indication.

Yet one thing is common in these seven surahs they are the surahs of “the message”

The message is: There is no God except one God and he has power over all things seen and unseen and we are his humble creation.

This is the message of Tawheed (one God, one creator no interlocutors, no assistants, no one at his level, no derivatives, no viceroys, He is supreme, Almighty and holds All power over All His creation. For him the likeness of The universe is like a small ring thrown in a huge desert. This is the Might that we bow down to we accept, acknowledge and obey.

Tafseer of this ayah from alhudapk.com:

PRECURSORS TO AYAH 15:

In the preceding ayahs 13 and 14 Allah Subhanawataala explains to our Prophet pbuh that Allah established the same religion with him (pbuh) as He (Subhanawataala) had enjoined on Noah, Abraham, Moses and Jesus.

The people of the book became divided after knowledge reached them. They became arrogant of their knowledge and thus it was through selfish envy, they divided and fragmented the commands of Allah and His message. Thus the ensuing generations became suspicious of the validity of their own scripture.

THIS ayah has ten sentences with ten commands; the only other ayah in the Quran that has ten items is Ayet al kursi.

TEN MESSAGES /ADVICE TO OUR RASOOL AND TO US IN CONFLICT AND IN PEACE:

  1. GIVE THE MESSAGE (OF TAWHEED) TO EVERYONE.
  2. STAY STRONG AND PERSEVERE IN THE FACE OF ALL HOSTILITY
  3. DO NOT FOLLOW OR LISTEN TO THE VAIN DESIRES OF THOSE WHO OPPOSE YOU.
  4. TELL THEM THAT I BELIEVE IN EVERYTHING IN THE BOOK THAT ALLAH HAS SENT DOWN
  5. TELL THEM THAT PROPHET MUHAMMAD PBUH HAS BEEN SENT TO JUDGE JUSTLY BETWEEN YOU (those who are fighting amongst each other and are fragmented in their faith of the One God)
  6. ALLAH IS OUR LORD AND YOUR LORD
  7. WE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR OUR DEEDS AND YOU FOR YOUR DEEDS (ON THE FINAL DAY OF JUDGMENT)
  8. THERE IS NO CONTENTION BETWEEN YOU AND US
  9. ALLAH WILL BRING US TOGETHER ON THE DAY OF JUDGMENT

10. ALL OF US HAVE TO RETURN TO ALLAH

End message of ayah 15.

Ayah 16 explains what will happen to the trouble makers:

Those who argue and fight against the Deen of Allah after people are accepting the Deen of Allah in droves; their arguments will be wasted and peter away like the last spasm of a dying animal.

end tafseer.

  1. Asalaam o alaikum Brother K,
    Your points are well taken.
Some important items are needed to be looked at and practiced ( I am with you, most of us got lazy after the first cartoons came out).
Istiqamah means standing upright consistently and continuously, sometimes that is more difficult and requires more strength than sporadically retaliating in anger.
As far a what others have done or not done, your observation is correct but when we point our forefinger at someone three are pointed towards me.
check number seven , we are accountable for what we do for our Deen and they for themselves (muslims and non muslims) so we need to do what is the utmost of what we have been ordained by ALlah and do it diligently, consistently and continuously.
The question I ask myself everyday. what am I doing?
May Allah grant us strength and istiqamah. Ameen

  2. Perfectly right, there is no place for violence in Islam.
Islam is the religion of peace and brotherhood.
But I am surprised what the head of the states of 54 Islamic countries are doing, particularly Saudi Arabia the main ally of Satan America. These government must lodge their strong protest and must expel the ambassadors of America and France declaring them ‘persons non grata’ to show their solidarity and love to Islam.
The poor Muslim masses are been killed in the streets like animals and these idiot monarch are not paying any heed and enjoying their day to day worldly life, I strongly protest.
