Walking in the mountains, at the time of ishraaq a sister stops and makes sajdah in the earth.......from which we are made and to which we will return.
Surah al Araf 206:
Surely those who are with your Lord are not too proud to serve Him, and they declare His glory and prostrate in humility before Him.
