TAFSEER TRANSLATION from Dr. Farhat Hashmi ( somewhere in the first 9 Surahs) don’t remember which ones exactly, may Allah forgive my Nisyaan in not noting the number while taking notes.L )
The tasbeeh (Praise of Allah) of Dawood ( AS) was the recitation of the Hamd (praise of ALLAH) and the mountains would join him and the birds would surround him and join him, his voice was beautiful and he recited the praise of Allah in such an attractive manner that all of nature that could get close to him did to listen and join in.
Hadith on Tasbeeh:
Bukhari: RasoolAllah pbuh had a Sahaba listen to the sound coming from a platter of food, which said: Subhanallah when Prophet Muhammad pbuh passed by
A stone used to send Salaam when Rasool Allah would pass it.
In another hadith
Ibn Majah Hadith:
When RasoolAllah pbuh changed his minbar (the old minbar which was the trunk of a date tree) out of the trunk of the tree wihich was used as mimbar, came the sound of uncontrollable sobbing, the reason was that since this trunk was no longer going to be used by RasoolAllah pbuh to give the khutbah in praise of Allah and speak of Allah or lean against it.
DO WE UNDERSTAND THE TASBEEH OF OTHER CREATIONS?
Each being is in tasbeeh but we cannot understand their Tasbeeh (the praise of Allah) because they have a different frequency and different language than what we as humans cannot understand.
When the dead person screams in the grave on being questioned everyone except jinn and ins (humans) can hear him. (All the animals and animate beings around the grave can hear this)
Modern day translations: (mine)
Dolphins have Ultrasound and can listen to the heart of a drowning person and know that he or she is in distress. Humans cannot hear Ultrasound.
There is now a way to isten to the dolphins sounds in the water.
The Japanese are trying to listen to the pebbles and finding coherent sound in them.
Muezzin: who ever listens to his or her voice, each object living being will give witness in his favor on the day of Judgment.
Every thing on earth is in Dhikr.
This is to evaluate ourselves how many times do we remember Allah? Whether we do or not, yet He (Subhanawtaala) continues to feed us, he does not withhold it even when we are not remembering Him. Would you do that?
