Dear Sister,
Assalamulaikum. The people of Pakistan have always been Islamic. It is this feeling that has been exploited by the Army and Civil servants who are far from being Islamic. Unless Pakistan can get rid of its bureaucrtaes and the military machine, I am afraid the people are going to face more and more suffering. Who will do it? Pray for some one like Ayatulah Khomeni? I donot know. May Allah protect the people of Pakistan.
Ameen.

Walikum asalaam,
The basic Pakistani was a good, decent God fearing muslim when I lived there.
Now I don’t know, their actions speak differently at least gauging from the western media which is not always accurate.
I pray that each pakistani be given the tawfeeq to understand what a beautiful gift Allah Subhanawataala gave him or her by allowing her to be born in a muslim land.
Jazaaik Allah hu Khairun
